Striping Design

Spyker C8 GT2-R

During my stay at Spyker Cars I created many livery variations for the GT2-R competition cars. Eventually the Spyker ‘S’ was draped over each corner of the car and the color scheme could easily be adjusted to the main sponsor’s corporate style. Since 2005, the competition Spykers were seen in different color combination, but always with the same S-lines running across the car’s bodies.

Christian Audigier Lamborghini Murciélago LP710

German Tuning company Edo Competition was the initiator of this highly unusual and unique art-car. The original artwork for this project was provided by fashion artist Christian Audigier. My job was to get inspired and digitally modify Audigier’s work to be applied onto the body and into the interior of a Lamborghini Murciélago LP710. Only 5 Audigier Lamborghinis were available.

Ferrari P4/5 Competizione

It’s always nice to visualize my own or someone else’s dreams, so I made these artists impressions for what could become the racing version of James Glickenhaus’ P4/5 one-off. After these images were released at FerrariChat.com the pictures rapidly travelled across the world wide web.

James Glickenhaus: “The Blue Car is a photshop done several years ago by Michiel van den Brink to show what a Competizione version of Ferrari P 4/5 by Pininfarina might look like. If we are able to get a sponsor and proceed P 4/5 Competizione will look a bit different than that. She will be built on a Ferrari chassis which we will modify but not on an Enzo/FXX/MCC tub/chassis as the class we hope to race in does not allow carbon fiber tubs. We will run in an Experimental class and have no illusions about winning but simply want to race in the spirit of the old days. Our hope is to run the 24 Hours of Nurburing. I hope if this comes to pass you will go to that race and say hello. Cheers Jim.”

A while later James managed to get the project going and now P4/5 Competizione is being developed and built to compete in the 24 hour race at the Nurburgring.
